A working platform: federated model training across institutional nodes, a governed data catalogue and access-request workflow, differentially private aggregate queries with statistical disclosure control, provenance tracking, and a tamper-evident audit trail — with multi-factor authentication and institution-level tenant isolation throughout. Foundations — in process

• Formal incorporation and ICO registration.
• Cyber Essentials certification, followed by independent penetration testing.
• First conversations with universities holding archived vision-science cohorts.
• Data-sharing and data-processing agreement templates, reviewed by qualified counsel.
• Grant applications to UK research-infrastructure funders.

First activated cohort

A single archived cohort, contributed by a partner institution, moved through governance review, curation, and harmonisation — then made available to approved researchers through the platform's controlled environment, with a citable data descriptor publication for the contributing team.
